Tickets More guarantees that the following will be true for all event tickets ordered through TicketsMore.com.

Your tickets are real, authentic tickets valid for event entry.

Unless otherwise noted as part of the ticket description, all the tickets sold on Tickets More are guaranteed to be authentic tickets, valid for entry to the event the ticket is for. If the venue will not accept the ticket for entry, the purchaser must ship the unused tickets to back as instructed in email. Tickets More will investigate the incident to determine why the tickets were not accepted, and if Tickets More finds that it was in error, the purchaser will be refunded the full cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees.

Your tickets will be the exact seats you ordered or better.

If the customer does not receive the exact tickets he or she ordered, Tickets More guarantees that the replacement tickets will be of equivalent or better value than the tickets originally requested. If purchaser complains that the tickets they received do not meet this criteria, and if the event has not yet occurred, and if Tickets More determines in its sole discretion that the tickets are not adequate to fulfill its promise of equivalent or better tickets, Tickets More may either provide the purchaser with equivalent or better tickets, or it may refund the purchase price of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. In either case, customer must ship the tickets back to Tickets More in a prompt manner to be eligible for a refund or replacement tickets. If the event has already occurred, Tickets More may provide the purchaser with a refund.

Your tickets will arrive in time for the event.

All deliveries are made to the billing address of the purchaser. We guarantee that the tickets will be shipped to the purchaser in sufficient time so that at least one delivery attempt will be made before the event occurs. If the event occurs and no delivery attempt has been made, Tickets More will coordinate with the selling broker to issue the purchaser a refund of the cost of the tickets including shipping costs and service fees. The purchaser is responsible for making himself or herself available to receive delivery of the tickets when a delivery attempt is made. If purchaser cannot be available to receive delivery, purchaser shall contact and coordinate with Federal Express, or whatever other delivery company Tickets More might use for the purchaser's order, to make alternate delivery or pickup arrangements.

Your tickets will be refunded in full if the event is canceled.

If an event is permanently canceled, Tickets More will coordinate with the selling broker to provide the purchaser a full refund of the ticket price including any service fees. Tickets More may require the purchaser to return the tickets to Tickets More to be eligible for this refund.
